1. General Provisions & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between the vbv8 gaming platform and all its users ("you" or "member"). By using vbv8's website, mobile interface, or any related service, you unconditionally agree to comply with these Terms.

If these Terms are updated, we will post a notice on the platform. Continued use after any update will be taken as your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses may be forfeited. The account is strictly personal — it may not be operated on behalf of or transferred to any third party.

2. Account Registration & Identity Verification

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. vbv8 reserves the right to close an account if false or misleading information is supplied.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, vbv8 may request a national identity card, passport, or equivalent government-issued document at any time. Additional documents may also be requested to verify the source of financial transactions.

2.1 Password Security

You are responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you notice unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted methods for depositing and withdrawing funds on vbv8 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made via the same method used for the most recent deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.

Depositing or withdrawing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited. For suspicious transactions, the administration may hold funds until an investigation is complete.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonus offers at vbv8 are subject to specific terms and conditions. It is required to read the relevant terms in full before claiming any bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — meaning a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered on the ৳1,500 bonus before any winnings from it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited amount.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion may be used only once per member.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• vbv8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

5. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on vbv8 operate to ensure fair and verifiable outcomes. The platform runs on SSL encryption and fair play principles.

• Using any software or automated method to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Any winnings resulting from a game error or technical issue will be considered void.
• If account hacking, game manipulation, or fraud is detected, the account will be permanently closed.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical issue, vbv8 will restore it from the last saved state.

6. VIP Program

vbv8's VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits apply at different rates for each tier.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression is determined based on a member's activity and participation. Cashback benefits are credited to the account at set times and may also be subject to wagering requirements.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Credit card fraud, chargebacks, or fraudulent payment methods.
• Attempting to access or operate another person's account.
• Cyber attacks or hacking attempts against the platform.
• Operating an account under a false or fabricated identity.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the vbv8 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of vbv8. Copying, redistributing, or commercially using these materials without written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

vbv8 is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or network issues. vbv8 will not be held responsible if services are disrupted due to natural disasters, government directives, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Members voluntarily accept the risk of losing money in gaming. No specific outcome from online gaming can be guaranteed.

10. Responsible Gaming

vbv8 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We encourage members to set entertainment limits and not to view gaming as a source of income. Contact the support team for deposit limits, betting limits, and self-exclusion options.

11. Account Closure & Suspension

• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Regulatory or legal reasons.
